The Lawsuit of 30 Members of the Parliament of Georgia has been filed with the Constitutional Court of Georgia

The lawsuit (N1849) of the Members of the Parliament of Georgia (Tamar Kordzaia, Levan Bezhashvili, Giorgi Botkoveli and others, 30 members in total) has been filed with the Constitutional Court of Georgia - regarding the norms regulating the elections of the Parliament of Georgia and the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara, as well as the constitutionality of the October 26, 2024, elections based on these norms.
