Amicus Curiae: Ana Pirtskhalashvili on Foreign Influence Transparency Lawsuits
On November 5, 2024, Doctor of Law, Professor, Ana Pirtskhalashvili filed an Amicus Curiae opinion with the Constitutional Court of Georgia regarding the cases on the russian law on Transparency of Foreign Influence.
The russian law was considered incompatible with the Constitution of Georgia by the following plaintiffs:

B. A(A)LP “Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information”, A(A)LP “Rights Georgia”, A(A)LP “Civil Society Foundation” and others (total 122 plaintiffs) vs. Parliament of Georgia, Constitutional lawtuit No. 1829
C. Members of the Parliament of Georgia: Tamar Kordzaia, Ana Natsvlishvili, Levan Bezhashvili and others (total 38 deputies) vs. Parliament of Georgia, Constitutional lawtuit No. 1834
