Draft Law on Registration of Foreign Agents and Law on Transparency of Foreign Influence - Documents 2023-2024
According to the information covered by the media recently, the access to the documents related to the Russian law on foreign agent has been limited at the official website of the Parliament of Georgia.
International Center on Conflict and Negotiation traditionally responds to the high interest of the public with its archival activities and offers all historical documents related to the draft laws - "on Registration of Foreign Agents" (2023) and "on Transparency of Foreign Influence" (2024).
The majority of these documents were downloaded from the website of the Parliament of Georgia: www.parliament.ge
In the begining of April 2024, it was still possible to find them on the website of the Parliament of Georgia. However, as of today, access to most of these historically important documents on the website of the Parliament of Georgia is limited.
