The main topic of the February edition of a 100-page magazine is a political, cultural and literature review of the 2000s. A team of youngsters is working on the publication. The topics are diverse and include cinema, literature, poetry, gender and peace. The circulation of the monthly magazine will be 500 and will be currently distributed through the retail network only.

The magazine is the undertaking of the International Center on Conflict and Negotiation (ICCN). The first edition came out in 2001. Since then the magazine has changed the format few times. From 2011 the magazine was provided to the readers with a new design, renewed editorial staff and new ideas, the concept though is the same: freedom of expression, art and peace.

"Peace Should be Achieved is the slogan of the magazine. This magazine should be a tiny drop in the whole process called an aspiration to peace," said Alexander Lortkipanidze, Editor-in-chief, The Peace Times magazine speaking at the presentation.

"Hopefully the circle of readers is going to boost and The Peace Times will become their reference magazine," said Giorgi Khutsishvili, Director, ICCN reporting to Media.ge.

In the course of the presentation a special drawing was held whose winners will be delivered The Peace Times magazine free of charge throughout a year.
