Panellists included Ambassador Dr. Günther Baechler (Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the South Caucasus), Nina Tsikhistavi-Khutsishvili (Director, International Center on Conict and Negotiation (ICCN), Georgia), Magdalena Grono (Europe and Central Asia Program Director, International Crisis Group) and Dr. Oliver Wolleh (Program Director Caucasus, Berghof Foundation).
