GPPAC's ISG Meeting took place in Colombo, Sri Lanka
GPPAC's ISG Meeting 2018.
This is the first time that the ISG meeting is organised in South Asia. From 4 to 6 June, 2018 the meeting was held at Ramada Hotel, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
International Steering Group (ISG) is the global governing body of the Global Partnership for Prevention of Armed Conflicts (GPPAC). ISG consists of 14 persons representing GPPAC regions plus 5 non-regional members. ISG members are internationally recognized figures on prevention of armed conflicts, and peace building in their respective regions.
Regional Centre for Strategic Studies (RCSS) together with Global Secretariat of GPPAC organised the ISG Meeting 2018.
As one of the founder of the Global Partnership for Prevention of Armed Conflicts (2003), International Center on Conflict and Negotiation (ICCN) is a member of ISG and represents GPPAC in the Caucasus.
