Workshop: Monitoring and Mapping Human Security Along the Administrative Boundary Line

On April 23, ICCN conducted the workshop: “Monitoring and Mapping Human Security Along the Administrative Boundary Line” in Gori. The workshop was organized within the EUMM-funded project "Greater engagement of women in an inclusive peace mediation along the ABL". Women community activists from the villages Zardiantkari, Koshka, Nikozi, and Ergneti participated in the workshop and discussed the maps of the human security situation on the ground created on the basis of month-long monitoring.
The workshop embraced the topics such as peculiarities of human security along the dividing lines, methods of monitoring of human security along the ABL, indicator-based mapping of human security, and advocating of settling human security issues. In addition, the participants learned the essentials of conflict assessment tools.
