The Dialogue Meeting between the Georgian and Russian experts on Energy Efficiency was held on July 2-4, 2018 in Batumi, Georgia. The meeting was organised and hosted by the International Center on Conflict and Negotiation (ICCN) within the framework of the programme "Fostering Georgian-Russian Expert Dialogue - the Istanbul Process". The Programme is supported by the Human Security Section of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation.
