Georgian-Russian 1,5 Track Dialogue - the "Istanbul Process" of the "Fostering Russia-Georgia Neighbourly Relations" Programme.

The Kvareli (Georgia) expert discussion aimed at evaluating and discussion of prospects of the Programme Phase III of the longstand ever (since 2008) Dialogue Programme Implemented by the ICCN. The meeting held on 22-23 December, 2017. The "Istanbul Process" former participants alongside with other experts participated in the event.
